Anyone Know What This Is?

Found it under the passenger seat in my 996 03 Turbo.

It has the writing Magnetix on it, and can be opened, and has a small magnet in the bottom.

Just wondering if it's from the car, or the previous owner?

Oh forgot to mention - try lifting up the cushions on the rear seats (they are just velcro'd on)
I found all sorts of stuff under there.
