Handsfree headphones / mic for outdoors

Looking for a recommendation for a wireless headphone / mic for my android phone, so I can make phone calls outside. The headphones I use at the moment, whilst great inside, are useless when there is the slightest breeze outside - all the person on the other end can hear is wind noise!
