I’m hoping someone can help?
Octopus have confirmed that my car is compatible with the IOG tarrif so I’ve switched today.
I have an unsupported charger from Project EV. So I’ve set that to plug and play so it’s not controlling anything.
The car was already set to charge immediately.
I’ve added the car in the Octopus app, as a device but it says it’s not plugged in, it definitely is.
When I plugged it in, the car immediately charged so that verified that the car and charger are ‘free to be controlled’ but for some reason the octopus app can’t see the car.
Any ideas please?
