Surprised that the 575M is faster in the gears than the Cerbie RR.
Quotes for 30-50 in 3rd and 4th.
Also, 50-70 in 5th.

Looking at the 0-60 and 0-100 times, it doesn't look like the RR is any quicker than a normal 4.5ltr Cerb?
Or is it just me looking at static figures?
Isn't the Tuscan R as quick if you look at quoted figures?

You'd probably find if they'd had a standard 4.5 there, it would have been slower than quoted (and slower than the RR)....

All to do with weather conditions, and how well the test driver can/can't get it off the line, and if the "quoted" figures are real etc etc....

Cynic ? NAH - Must have been a bad driver !

Who cares about 30 to 50 in 3rd & 4th!?!? The RR engine increases power above 5000rpm, so it wouldn't make any difference. If you want to accelerate, change down. 1st or 2nd would be more appropriate.

How many gears on the 575? If six, lower ratio will help those particular in gear times as you aren't really comparing like with like.
