I'd say Marilyn Munroe - always seemed to be trying too hard to the point of being openly manipulative.
Natalie Portman- objectively near perfect but was first famous at the age of 12, so I tend to think of her as being 12 ish.

Amanda Holden, Holly Willoughby, Carol Vorderman, Kate Garraway & Tess Daley types do nothing for me.
They are attractive but that's about it... no real personality & pretty wooden.
(Like most 'Z' listers... You might get a shock in the morning).
