What's this in our Hypervolt charger?

Some sort of usb to LAN. Left by accident? But what's the purpose of these? Are they used to program it during installation?

Presumably not just left loose inside.
It is as you say a USB to ethernet adaptor - if someone set it up for you, I guess that might be how they connected their laptop.
Without something in both ends, it isn't likely to be doing much.

Yes, it was loose in the bottom of the charger. Not connected to anything
