Crankshaft oil seal tool

Is there an alternative to a £100+ tool to replace this? A copy on ebay is about £115, dread to think what an OEM one is!

Is there a generic one that works anyone can suggest?

If you are referring to a tool to remove a main seal then why not just do the "old self-tapper" trick?

The tool for fitting the new one. Can’t link on phone but it’s a specific tool for the seal with a flange of some sort. Can’t believe a generic kit wouldn’t do it.

Most people just use either the old one or a suitable sized socket to tap it down.
