How to download E-Book format?

I'm trying to save a copy of the owners manual for my bike from the internet. Kawasaki make these available; it's an official source, but in a format I'm struggling to download. There seems no option to download any kind of file from the site to then convert to something more useful like a PDF.

I used the print function in their browser and changed the start and end pages in the URL to encompass the whole thing (so page 1 to page 214), and then was able to save as a PDF.

So you should eb able to use this URL to view the whole thing in one hit, and download it as a pdf:
