B*ll*x Not another one!

Really sorry to hear another ones gone POP.

It's like sitting on an F'ing time bomb owning a S6!

I would say that it's probably a good idea to inform the factory, If only to hear them tell you YOUR ON YOUR OWN mate!

And before anybody comes on sprouting you should have brought a new one, you did didn't you?

I sincerely hope that TVR help you on this, please keep us informed.

I can only echo what Big Al wrote, I am really sorry to hear this!
I am sure you have treated your Tuscan with kid gloves, I sincerely hope TVR can at the very least help you out in this instance.
Please keep us informed, as Justin is doing, most of us do really feel for you, as we probably know it could be us next, it's only the few who seem to love gloating at other people's misery.

Sorry to hear the news Gudgeon.

I sincerely hope TVR give you some support, especially as you're original dealer has disappeared.

Please feel free to mail me through my profile if you would like to hear about the research/route I've taken - also covered at length in this thread

Hi Gudgeon,

Sorry to hear of your problems. I have just written a long post which may help you in the 'Sale of Goods Act' thread which is banging around at the top at the moment. Let me know if you want any more help.

Tim hi,

If there is anything I can do just ask. Many of us in here are very helpful, and will be with you right the way through. It really makes us speed six owners very angry to hear another has gone. There’s too many now for this to be ignored. It’s a new one F Fsake.

I would imagine TVR Engineering read these threads too

I am seeking professional, and legal help, which now involves the Financial Ombudsman. (different thread).

Anything you need at all just ask. My profile takes you to links of phone numbers, if you want to shout about it!!!

well actually 9400 miles old the car has always been warmed up never driven from cold, the car has been serviced ,IT IS MY P&J the low mileage is due to the fact i spend so much time out of the country but i have a good father that starts it for me runs the thing up, hes fixed cars for all his life spent his entire life in the automobile industry...i have worked all my working life making machines for car companys there aint no one on here that can tell me how to make a cylinder head, cylinder block, cam and crank machine if we treated our customers like tvr are treating us we would be nailed to the wall, tahnk you all for the comments i ahve a lot of reading still to do and desicions still to make i will be back

I am sure that if you approach TVR engineering and discuss your situation with them they will be sympathetic.

I certainly would not recommend you start the conversation by quoting the sale of goods act.
