The stem and crown have come loose and I’m not sure why this would suddenly happen. It is completely loose, you can push it in and out with zero resistance.

The watch can still be wound but you cannot change the date or time. Last serviced in approximately 2022.

Just checked, February 2020 was actually the service date. Time flies!

Watch is still running great, you just can’t set the time or date.

I had the same thing happen on a GP Laureato - I took it to a decent watchmaker who said a part had broken inside (the watch had not been dropped or mistreated) and that it would have to go to a GP service centre. It was sent off and fixed.

I don't know what model or what age that is - or if a decent watchmaker would carry the part (assuming it's broken).
