Renault traffic updates, help Please.

Missus has a 2023 hybrid clio which has just clocked three year old, and the Live traffic updates, petrol prices etc etc on the sat nav have stopped being displayed. I'm guessing there's a 3 year license expired which we need to subscribe to. We're both tech savvy and yet we cannot find what/where we need to resubscribe. Tried all the options on the sat nav, tried logging into My Renault account online, yet cannot find any option.

This isn't the map update, that's all working fine, it's the real time traffic jams etc.

Anyone able to help Please?
