Anyone come from a TVR?

Previously had 4 TVRs before the Noble (with a HSV in between). Chalk and cheese really, the Noble is leagues ahead in build quality,handling,ride,image and dealer/factory back-up. And although it may "look"close as you say, not sure Noble do trick press engines like the Blackpool boys. Won't be going back!

Looking at shots of the TVR and Noble the interior looks a lot better on the TVR, I guess I'll have to go check both out.
Does the Noble come with a 3yr warranty?
Depends weather you want a car to drive or just one to sit in and admire!
Its strange how the things you look for in a car change after owning different ones.
I thought the same of the interiors and exteriors when I was looking, but now I think the functional design and simplicity of the noble's interior is a true benifit over a tvr's heavy and fussy looking car show interior.
Admit still that they are pretty though!

Came to Noble via V8S, 2 - 500 Griffs, Cerbera with a
high lift cam (piled up at Pembrey) and finally a 4L Tuscan. None could be relied on and things went wrong with all of them - the worst being the Tuscan and it wandered all over the highway at speed. Nobles (on no. 2 now), inherited feeling being one of total reliability and the trajectory is straight as an arrow.

I really wanted to buy a TVR a few years ago. I loved the idea of a noisy raw sports car, except when I drove one I realised I would be dead very quickly.
At my old dealership they used to sell both nobles and TVR's and having seen they way the TVR is put together, I'd never buy one.
And of course, when was the last time you went to a track day, and there was'nt a TVR being pulled out the kitty litter ?

The warranty is only 12 months on the Noble but fingers crossed I've never really had that much of a call to use it. You need the 3 years warranty with the TVRs because they do and will go wrong.
Have you read about the Speed Six Engine in the "Speed Six Engine" area. That's enough reason not to get a Sagaris or any other new TVR!

No, but I'd like to.
I'd convinced a Sagaris owner that I met on a track day to swap passenger rides with me in the M400 but the Sagaris broke down (leaking oil) before I got a chance to sit in it.
I genuinely felt sorry for the owner as it was his first track day in the car.

I had a Cerb before the M12. It was nearly as quick in a straight line, depreciated at about twice the pace, couldnt't drive it past a delaer without spending £1000+, broke down once a month and (if I'd seen any) Nobles make it look like a wallowing pig around corners.
Buy a Noble - Nuff said.
