I believe that they have an option for the provision of Gas and Electricity with no Standing Charge?

I'm sure the Energy itself won't be cheap but does this make financial sense for a single occupant/low energy user?

Seems like the standing charge is rolled into the first 2kwh of energy per day, so you will only gain anything by using less than that.
The normal rate seems close to what I would get elsewhere, the effective standing charge is a little higher.
