Is there a forum search facility?

As I am new I could be missing something but I can not find a forum search facility. If there is one, how do I access it?
There is a search facility but it did not search the forum.

There is on a tablet or pc but on a phone you need to switch to desktop mode

Google searches these forums very effectively.

The bespoke forum search facility was never as good.

e.g. Type into google something like "pistonheads jaguar head gasket" and see what you get. I just did that as a test and it pulls up loads of relevant threads.

I thought the forum search facility is now Google. It never used to be but switched some time back.
