I’ve booked a car park in central London. The parking company have sent me a confirmation email with a QR code to open the barrier. So I hold my finger on the QR code and it takes me to something totally unrelated to the car park. Is that because I’m still at home or is there something else I should be doing?

There will be a scanner at the car park

Scan the QR code when you get there

easily done :-)

A story from years ago.
I was having a tea with the mechanics and owner outside a bike shop when a couple carry a brand hybrid bike from their SUV. They smile at us and say sorry, but we've got to return this. We're in our 50s and despite what you said it's hurting our knees. Shop owner, of a similar age smiles and looks at them and said you've changed the gears.
Couple scratching their head smile and said gears? We thought those were emergency brake levers!
Offer to buy us coffees but we all laughed. They ask us not to mention this to their friends or kids if we see them.

You know that question, where people are asked "If you had a third eye, where would you like it to be?", and most people say "on the end of their finger"?

Well, seems you have one !
