Emulsion Paint for Rental

Which emulsion paint are people using for rental properties? The handyman we are using for my Mum's rental has quoted for Leyland contract matt. I was planning to use something a bit more durable but I'm quite happy for him to use the cheap stuff if he wants!

Don't waste money, use the cheapest you can, it'll need doing again before you know it.
