What is the current thinking on streaming music from a phone / tablet / TV to a hifu please?
I've heard Bluetooth can affect quality and wifi is an option. It doesn't need to be perfect - I'm no expert. Many thanks
Bluetooth will be absolutely fine; my old system which I've now put back into our loft a few days ago to make way for a full active speaker set up used a small Aukey BT receiver connected into my NAD C320BEE integrated and it was faultless and sounded spot on to meI've heard Bluetooth can affect quality and wifi is an option. This is the nearest thing I can see on Amazon that's nigh on what my Aukey one is: https://www.amazon.co.uk/1Mii-B06S-Bluetooth-Recei...
UGreen do them too
I've had it connected to aux input on the back via some old QED interconnects, and left it connected to the USB charging plug etc
I’ve got a Nokia Bluetooth to phono converter that I got as a freebie with a phone years ago and it works great. Use it with an iPhone now, any of the streaming services or BBC Sounds work fine on the hifi and I’m happy with the quality, though obviously others may be able to detect flaws with it.

I've listened to it alongside my SMSL DO100 Pro DAC using BT and couldn't tell any difference at all...
Side by side with my Rega Apollo CDP - that sounded a touch deeper / tauter but that's it - it wasn't night & day
