What is the average age of your TVRCC active members?

These are the figure for Herts and Beds anyway

The only reason I ask is that in general looking around the average age of the TVR driver seems to be coming down. Whether this is due to the models being more desirable to the masses or people with just more money to put to cars I don't know?
The product has come on leaps and bounds too, take the early seventies when Porsche were on the second evolution of the 911, that was and still is a cracking car when TVR were let's say 'not so hot' Now the avearage TVR model pans the average Porsche hands down.
I just thought club members with a few years under their belts might have seen a shift, or the dealers come to mention it?

I'm sacked now I know damn 
(age 24 1/2)Well I'm in the near as makes no differnece 30 range. The prices of chims and griffs are coming down and it was good a few months ago but is bad now, however the stigma is still that they are a very expensive car to buy (I'm talking about RV8 and cerb tivs).
IMHO the main reason for average ages coming down though is that TVR is getting a lot better reputation and "wow" factor.
Recent models have been amazing, Tuscan convertable, Sagaris, 350 etc which appeal to more affluent younger people who are "yawwwwwwwn" looking for an alterantive to the Poooorsshhhhhh, yawwwwnnnnn....hairdresser weekly MX5, sorry, Boxter.
IMHO the main reason for average ages coming down though is that TVR is getting a lot better reputation and "wow" factor.

My youngest Mid Essex Member is 11.
He has his own Membership and was taken for a factory tour for his birthday and proudly showed me all his pictures at the next Meet.
He found it hard to speak after being taken by Ray for a blat in the Cerb (mind you, that was a common problem for adults after a blat with Ray
) and was proud as punch to have his picture taken by David Mason's Tuscan Race Car.
Finally he convinced his dad to sell the Mini and the family are now owners of a lovely 'S' and when it came down the Forresters drive for the first time Kris was puching the air and whooping in sheer delight..........
The rest of Mid Essex are a super mixed bunch with the lean being towards middle age to 50.
I'm not surprised we have few youngsters with the struggle young people have these days to try to get into the housing market.
