BMW i4 adapting os8 for accessibility

Hi,
I wondered if you might know where I could learn about adapting OS8 for accessibility?
I'm interested in how easy it is to reduce brightness and animations, and generally would like to be able to try it out pretty thoroughly at home before testing in a car.
I see on the website that I ought to be able to test it through the app, but the app doesn't appear on google play for me.
I wondered if anybody here had tried adjusting OS8 much for brightness and transition animations and generally for reducing movement and animation on the display?
