I use it a lot
Funny how some foods that look healthy, from their packaging etc, are more unhealthy!, especially margarines.
I like the was that it can suggest healthier alternatives.
Using the free version here, seems pretty decent.

Yes, i use it often.
I use it more for choosing safer deodorant/moisturisers/sun screen.
Its surprising when you scan some products that you think are going to be good and they get poor scores due to some nasties in the ingredients.

Yes it's incredible and I use it a lot. It's surprising that some ready meals are really good - some not so good !

It’s based on some pretty old understanding of things.
It uses the Nutriscore algorithm as I understand it, based around a 2004 scientific paper.
It’s 2026.

As an example of Nutriscore, olive oil scores a C, coke zero is a B.
Whole milk is a C.

A is best, E is worst.

Having said that, it’s pretty good when it comes to listing additives.

More about Nutriscore here;

Hmmm, I can’t get the link to copy across, is it something to do with Pistonheads?

No matter, search for New Nutrition Business on Spotify or other podcast platforms.
Episode from May 2023;
Nutriflaw?

As you say, it doesn’t only use nutriscore (60% nutriscore, 30% additives, 10% organic nature)

Quite surprised to find that the ‘fancy’ houmous I’ve buying is worse than the normal Tesco stuff.
