Hey All, Any insights on what's being premiered st Sunstede? Instagram post looks like a return of the turbo, with an outline, but its 2 cars. Also, some talk in the USA / Porsche dealer site that the 992.2 Turbo will be the 992.1 Turbo S 3.8 / 640 bhp engine.

Could it be that and/or a 992.2 Turbo Touring (hybrid). I am ready to pounce on whichever, would prefer the 3.8 / 640 (non-hybrid).

4 weeks and counting....... sad I just can't make it to Silverstone that weekend

Likely two cars: 992.2 Turbo and Turbo S. No hybrid on these yet that’s later for the Turbo S E-Hybrid. The 3.8 non-hybrid will be there. The “touring” rumour is just a lightweight package, not a different engine. Shame you can’t go.

992.2 Turbo S is hybrid, same approach as GTS.

Not sure how co-incidental it is, or how widespread this invite is, but I've been invited to a "Porsche Lates - an evening with Andreas Preuninger" event on the evening/night of the 20th.

In the invite it details out the evening with AP, then ends by stating... "You may also find yourself closer than expected to something very special from the world of 911 GT...."

Not sure I can see a major product launch at Silverstone but I could be wrong.

Thanks very much, confirms what I have heard. Will hopefully get a few leaks / photos of folk who are there. Might even be on the config 20/21st.

Yesterday Porsche GB posted in IG a new post about the line up for Sunstede and the first image was showing a 911 under a cover… they removed this photo mage within an hour from post… so which 911 are we going to have as Porsche GB 75 anniversary limited edition?

It will be official UK launch of GT3 S/C and good shout that it could be the final Heritage edition which might be the 75th Anniversary… and a GT car!

I had thought the GT3 S/C might be it.

Looking forward the Lates event… I thought it might be a throw away thing when it popped up in the app, as I wasn’t interested in the Sunstede event, but then I re-read and decided to accept invite, as it was only for the evening.

2mins later, fully booked and people asking to get on!

Hi Tyrone , Paul M running his 3 times Lemans Dempsey 997RSR and hoping to get my 993GT2R Evo out ,as it is 30 years old now
