Complaint Against Doctors Surgery
Discussion
Blimey just read the other thread. One moments carelessness, not your's obviously, and plans go to hell. Best wishes for recovery.
To answer the question.
First port of call is to deal with the Practice Manager. If the first contact is verbal, confirm what has been discussed in writing. Keep an accurate diary record, as contemporaneous as possible.
See you are in Hampshire assuming profile info correct. If not happy speaking to the surgery direct, and I can understand that as our surgery does not like even constructive criticism then you can go to the integrated care board.

Call: 0300 561 2561
Write to: Patient Experience and Complaints, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board, Omega House, 112 Southampton Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 5PB
There will also be an advocacy service, round our way it's called PALS, not sure about Hampshire.
You have to take your complaint the full mile to the point where they more or less saying this is our final answer. At which point if not satisfied there is the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. I think this is something your MP could get involved, can get a bit tricky as some MPs would say between you and your GP is a local matter, I'd argue it's the NHS so firmly in the MP area.
To be honest this sort of stuff is why never became a biker, too much at the mercy of f
kwits. 100 mph through the forests in an Escort, no problem, bikes vs idiots, no way. Recall my brother, hitherto a truly dedicated biker, attending his first fatal; biker vs bus leg torn off at hip. Sold his bikes two weeks later and bought his first car.
