Mini R56 hose identification

I have a 2012 mini JCW r56 (N18 engine) and want to find the hose circled in blue as it has had a bodge repair and I would like to replace. ChatGPT suggests it is the PCV hose, but if I look at those it is nothing like this one. Mine is more of a 90 degree elbow and relatively short - is that because of the AEM intake or is it not the PCV hose?

Definitely not PCV but could be part of the intake from the intercooler.
