VW Golf MK8.5 - Heated seats enabled

Hi all

I am looking to buy a used Golf MK8.5 estate and want heated seats. Most don't have them, but I believe they are available via a subscription. Assuming so, is it possible to pay for them to be enabled permanently. It would be a 1.5 R-Line. It isn't completely clear from online research, and the dealer I spoke to didn't know!

I've made my opinions on subscription features clear elsewhere, but:

Suggests £329 for lifetime activation. Need to have Connect features shop activated to you and car in order to see and confirm that.
