This has gone viral to almost Pickering levels 🤣

Apparently the guy's deleted his Facebook account due to how much flak he was getting.

Duke 390 for the win.

I suppose it could be a 125.

It's Duke 125 on L Plates?

The Harley guy is obviously a total knob - but personally I would give any biker I overtook in a scenario like that a little hand up or thumbs up.

Of course it’s not ‘compulsory’ but to me just feels instinctively right.

Probably wouldn’t bother for a scooter though biggrin

I'd rather the person who was passing me keep hold of their bike than start waving st about at me hehe

Hope he is made a mockery of with that attitude.

Really? Jesus, do we need to massage everyone's egos before we pass them.

That Harley guy is a wker. Simple as that. The overtake was clean, safe, slow and respectful. He deserved a serious boot in the balls. Demanding some deferential hand job just for permission to pass him on his shiny loud bike? Can you imagine how tiny his cock must be? .

Honestly not sure why anyone needs to acknowledge passing someone who’s travelling slower than me.

I don’t do it when passing a Nissan Juke in my, well, doesn’t really matter as everything’s better and faster than a Nissan Juke, but anyway, why does any fat old wker think he deserves more respect on his fart gun that doesn’t go round corners than any other slow arsed wker on the road?

And maybe more to the point, if someone rides past me at a speed faster than I’m choosing to be riding, fair play.

You may be a tosspot.
You may be a sound bloke.

You may be a riding god.
You may be an utter fking liability.

I don’t care. It doesn’t matter. It’s a choice.

Why would anyone give the tiniest fk?

Imagine his reaction if it was a scooter that overtook... biggrin

Well, to clarify, it’s not at all about me giving them ‘respect’ - but rather acknowledging another biker, just like I usually would when encountering a biker going the other way.

In a similar fashion, I would normally stop to check on a biker stranded at the roadside to see if I can offer any help - but am unlikely to do the same for a person in Juke.

Don’t those HD riding weapons in the US have things called “stay back whips” dangling from their bars to berate anyone with the temerity to try and overtake them? Must make for some very pedestrian progress.

I run my Harley at what feels like normal road speeds for any vehicle and wouldn’t give two hoots if anyone overtakes me. Just don’t understand this mentality. Mind you I don’t understand the insecurity that makes people want to ride in groups either.

Young lad is now looking for CCTV as the dhead did get hold of him by the neck at Sherburn. Said dhead's name is John Pearson (runs a chip van called the village chippy Yorkshire apparently).

I don't think he's going to have much fun trying to sell chips for a while.

Who does John Pearson think he is, Ronnie Pickering? Not just a grumpy but a thuggish violent bully.
