You've owned the car for less than two years, may I ask why you are selling it?

Thanks for your interest. The answer is simply I luckily came across a TR5 to restore at a "restorable" price after I had purchased the 6. The restoration is more or less finished and I've always wanted a 5, so the 6 has to go.
hope that helps, the 6 is a great car

Please could you advise:
  • Is it HPI clear?
  • Will it be sold with a fresh MOT and with any advisories fixed?
  • When did it last dance a major service and is there an invoice for this?
  • Has it been subject to major restoration and if so please provide details
  • it appears to sit down on the r/h side slightly when viewed from the rear/front - reason?
  • Is there any paint degradation, e.g fading, panel mismatch, micro blistering, lacquer peel?
  • Is any of the chrome brightwork tarnished?
  • Has the head been converted to run on unleaded and what other engine work has been done?
  • Details of any meal/suspension upgrades
  • Has it been re wired
  • Is there any lacquer peel to the wood trim?
  • The clonk in the rear suspension on take up is probably caused by play in the U/J’s - do you agree?
  • Can it be viewed during the week
Thanks, Nick

thx Nick
no HPI carried out - not indicated
regular quality care & maintenance, if it had been body off restoration it wouldn't be for sale at approx £18k!
regular servicing by me - no invoices
I think excellent photos are helpful re body work and importantly the chassis very solid
I think other questionnaire best discussed at a viewing, happy to discuss a date this week if required
