To those moderating the forum. Priorities. I recently had a post deleted on NPE. It wasn’t the friendliest response I’ve ever posted, but it didn’t get near to some of the inaccurate unpleasantness and borderline libellous comments that have been directed at me on that part of the forum. Which you deemed as fit to allow to stand.
Not sure how you assess these things, but my being rude and subsequently censored, whilst seeing worse allowed to carry on without intervention seems a curious approach.

Did you report those posts?You may find the poster you were responding to was to one of the hidden mods.
Anyway, I’m surprised anybody takes these forums seriously - what’s the point?

Nah, I've never reported a post in all the time I've been on here. I prefer to fight my own battles generally. It's always the usual predictable accusations of racism when you're perceived to be remotely right wing by the handwringers. Too first world a problem to bother the mods with, but I don't like them letting that stuff go, only for them to then stick the knife in to me for being nothing more than rude.
In the past one of the mods suggested that if a few people report a post then they just delete it rather than argue about it. There were some suggestions of collusion to get posts deleted but discussion of it was shut down.LRDefender said:

I don’t have a view on what is clearly little life syndrome, which seems especially prevalent in NPE. But when I have to endure left wing f
kwits publicly suggesting I’m racist with no evidence, and doing so simply because they don’t agree with something I’ve said, only to then have my posts pulled for no more than admittedly very direct rudeness, you have to wonder wtf the point is of having rules in the first place.
I managed to elicit an apology of sorts from one clown, only for him to pretty much repeat his nonsense a couple of pages later. I’m sick and tired of having to put up with accusations like this simply because I’m classed as right wing. Until people stop accusing me and those with my outlook of being far right , fascist, racist, etc, while the mods continue to allow that to go unchecked, I’ll be continuing to present as robust a defence as I feel necessary.
