I need to replace a mortice sash lock on one of our doors but having a hard time finding a like for like lock. Does anyone know of a site where you can put the dimensions in and it will chuck out a list of locks that match?
Or if there are any google gurus out there, the lock I'm looking for appears to be a 64mm case, 44mm backset, 108mm case height, 25mm faceplate width and 153mm faceplate height
No idea how much leeway you get with the measurements?

What's the brand? Can't you replace like for like? I know locks can be costly but direct replacement is hassle-free.
One thing to watch out for is that case and faceplate dimensions might be identical but sometimes the position of the key hole, handle and/or latches may differ.
Also, some old locks such as NEMEF may have the handle return spring inside the case rather than in the handle.

According to AI, which is generally better at finding things like this, closest documented match (essentially exact) is a 5-lever fire-rated sash lock in the "152 × 25" pattern — e.g. North East Lock & Key's 5-lever, listed at faceplate 152mm × 25mm, lock body height 108mm, body depth 62mm, backset 44mm, and 57mm centres between keyway and spindle. That hits every one of your figures inside ±2mm.

That was going to be my first port of call but unfortunately the current lock is completely unbranded 
It's probably some cheap Chinesium thing which is why it's failing, although having said that I'm happy with something similar as it's an internal door and security isn't an issue.
Ideally I need one with the latch as push to close when hinges are on the right hand side (from previous experience I struggle with trying to swap the latch direction!!)
5mm wider on faceplate and 15mm higher on faceplate. Would you be confident doing a bit of chiseling?
