I understand I may not get an answer anytime soon, due to minimum traffic in this section. But here goes.
Has any one used a pneumatic injector tool to remove a petrol injector. They are popular to use on deisel injectors. But anyone use one on petrol injectors.

No but have you considered a slide hammer or a puller?

Yes I have, I have used one which is not working. It's a Jaguar f type V6 that has the notorious stuck injector.
Noticed that the pneumatic system makes light work of deisel injectors. So I am thinking there must be some way of using one for petrol injectors

If it's the kind I think you mean, they're just an air hammer really, I've not used one, but I can't see a practical reason why it wouldn't work in terms of the hammer action.

The issue would be whether you have a way of attaching it to the injector.

Would this puller work? Not sure about your engine but on the Jag AJ133 you remove the fuel rail then attach this:

That original one I have been using. There is not enough clout to get the direct injection injector out. Basically the recommended jaguar tool is crap. I will certainly look into that device he is using. Thank you. However looking at the limited space in the f type, It may not work.
I had a 4.2 xkr for 10 years, now I have had this f type for 7 months. Not a moments trouble with the xkr, but that was not a direct injection.
The f type V6 and V8s are known for crappy injectors being a pig to remove when they go wrong.
