There are plenty of tyre shine products available that should work for a while.
Have you tried scrubbing them to see if the white bleeding comes off?
Just be careful going up to the whitewall line.
The tyre products I’ve looked at seem to do no more than shine them up. I’ve tried a couple, but they don’t remove the white staining.Have you tried scrubbing them to see if the white bleeding comes off?

Surely a stern letter to the the manufacturer of Vitour Galaxy tyres about the quality of their white paint should get you another set?
Next time, just buy all-black tyres and fit some white wall trims
