I overheard a convo about the same 3 people hogging the chargers every day. These are provided for free with no system or monitoring. Does anyone have experience with apps where people book slots? Or some other way of doing it?

They generally use RFID tags or cards, which are managed by reception desk.

We use Monta at my work, we have about 70, mostly 7kw but some 22kw, they all have QR codes and location codes which you put into the Monta Charge app, it used to be free but now 11p per kWh so still not bad.

At work we created a custom app to allow people to book slots.

You could do it with the work calendar and an admin to add/remove/manage as required.

Basically set rules and 3 strikes you're out type setup.

I think it comes down to how many people want to use them. If its 5 or 6 people and 3 chargers then a friendly agreement amongst yourselves should be good enough with a change over at lunch time. If its 15-20 people wanting them then its never going to work well unless the company creates a proper policy.
