Campsites opening times

Hi all,

I will be getting into Le Mans at around midnight this Sunday. Does anyone know if ACO campsites are open 24 hours a day? i.e. Will I be able to check in on the gate at that time and find a pitch.

I think most of the campsites are opening Friday 5 June @ 09:00 as per ticket below. (FWIW sign on the gate @ Arnage last year said 08:00, the gates actually opened at 09:00)

And yes, at least for Arnage there tends to be security about who may let you in if you catch them awake Think this really depends on the campsite - BSJ is so big I doubt they close the gates. Arnage there are possibly no gate controllers, just the security chap, so you may need to park outside for a couple of hours.

Many thanks for this. I will be camping at Mulsanne, so imagine it will be a similar situation to Arnage.

Will see if anyone's on the gate when we get there and if they want to let us in. Fingers crossed.
