Rocker Cover Painting

Hi All:wavey:

Can anyone recommend a company which will clean up (shotblast?) and paint rocker covers? I'd like to get mine done in black, preferably in a crackle finish:lick:.

I've already spoken to Leven, btw.

Got mine done through the V8 Centre in High Wycombe. They had them powder coated as opposed to paint as it is more hardwearing

Thanks Kim - that's useful. Out of interest, do you remember how much it set you back?

I'd be keen to see a larger photo if poss. If it's not too much trouble, could you email the original pic?

I had mine done as part of a chassis rebuild at the factory,so don't know how much they charge.

At the time,I rang round quite a few local metal finishers,out of yellow pages,and they were all happy to beadblast,powdercoat then polish the ribs - and they weren't charging a fortune either
(I can't remember how much exactly,but it was definitely cheaper than some of the advertised 'exchange' ones )

I'm sure you'll be able to find a local company who'll do them for you
