Tiled concealed toilet access panel magnets

Im looking for some recommendations for a tiled front covering a concealed toilet as im pretty sure it will need access one day.

It will be 850 x 600 with porcelain so a bit heavy.

Hafele do some "button fixings" which I quite like. Not magnetic, but could suit your need?

I bought a magnet kit, but the tiler just used a small blob of silicone on each corner instead, and sure enough, ten years later, it was easy to lever the tile out with a trim tool

This isn't just a tile though it's 600 x 850 of tiles.

Problem with button fixings is its 12mm Hardie backer so I can't screw anything into that with enough support.

Guess CT1 or something would be just as useful.

You can make the panel thicker so there is enough for the fixings to fix into. As in glue some 18mm ply to your panel ?

would it be possible to screw through the Hardiebacker into some wooden battons before tiling, then mount the fixings onto them.

I'll probably use some CT1 to stick the panel bit on and I can screw the magnets into wood stud.

If I knew what I was doing I'd just screw it all in but I know my luck!
