So, we have a family recipe that seems to please most people, except the veggies. It’s been done for as long as I can remember and is great in the warmer weather with other salad stuff and maybe cold cuts of home roasted ham etc. Ours is new pots or jerseys, finely chopped onion, finely chopped dill pickles and pastrami. Add a bit of mayo to bind it all together and that’s it.Perfect.
What are your tips or preferences or killer recipes?

I use sour cream and a mix of dill and chives for the dressing.

Mint if it's Satan's nut sack hot out.

Pastrami in potato salad? I have a feeling that may not actually be legal.

At least it’s not as controversial as peas…

New potatoes. Chives. Parsley. Mint. Spring onions.

Mustard, balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing.

It's a winner, trust me.
