I always think there is something up when someone is in jail for murder but would have been released had they admitted guilt.

Almost certainly. I recall there was a witness statement relating to a Porsche 944 leaving the scene at speed. It was never traced.

Guilty as Hell, His legally aided legal team are just using Homer Simpsons Maxim to Bart "Keep complaining and complaining until you find someone who gives in"
