M4 on BMW AUC site. - Thoughts ?

I recently enquired about this Approved used M4 as it ticks the boxes, especially for mileage.

After asking a few questions (which went unanswered) regarding the service history, I was told the vehicle was sold. It's now reappeared on the AUC website for sale again.
I asked about the warranty, it was a "dealer warranty" and not a BMW one apparently. (I had this said to me before a couple of years ago while looking at one in Colchester)

For an 18k mile vehicle, looking at the MOT history, it doesn't seem to cover itself in glory...

I thought AUC vehicles would maybe have one or two fails for minor stuff, but broken springs after 13K miles?. Are rear springs an issue on the F82's?.

Shop around plenty out there, what's special about that one? BMW warranty should cover most stuff or buy one under 60k miles and add BMW warranty yourself.
