Hello,
A fingertip switch cap fell out of my Boxster 987 key fob (see photo). I can't find away to buy a replacement switch cap. As my spare key is broken I thought I would buy a replacement key fob, with internal components, and get it programmed to fit my car. Excuse me being dumb but I can't find the right part (or parts) on the Design 911 website, nor on the Parts-Wise.com website. Could a member of this Boxster group on Pistonheads advise me on what to do please? How can I buy a key fob + components for the car and then, a second question, get it programmed? I'm based in Croydon, Surrey, by the way.

Buy a replacement key from eBay and swap the relevant parts over. Should be a simple five minute diy job. You should be able to swap the blade as well.
