Here's a possibility: https://www.astonstore.co.uk/product/vaned-front-g...
This may include the grille: https://www.astonstore.co.uk/product/vantage-carbo...
Mind you a pot of Hammerite would be cheaper

Yeah it’s a known pain on these. Best prevention is a ceramic coat on the grille before it starts, but once it’s going you’re polishing it out or replacing. Aftermarket carbon ones exist but they’re pricey think £2k+ from the usual specialists. Some guys just live with it and get the grille resprayed in satin black every couple of years, cheaper than full replacement. Avoid cheap mesh replacements, they look naff.
Mine hasnt started to show signs of rust however, if it does then it will be removed, cleaned and sprayed with an automotive matt black paint. I did this on my older Vantage on the rear valance where it had a small mesh section. It came up great and didnt rust two years down the line.

2019 and the front grille is rusting.
Is it actually rust (ie grille is made of steel) or some other corrosion?Once cleaned up, Cerakote might be a good solution: https://www.cerakote.co.uk/shop/
