Hi

Just wondering what tyres the C5X owners have fitted, or if they've changed and noticed any difference/ improvement?

My shine+ was 74 reg, although was an early 2023 build. The tyres on it are marked 0723 which I presume means wk 7 of 2023. The tyres fitted are Goodyear Efficientgrip Performance, the first version. Just wondered if everyone else has the same fafctory fitted too?

At the moment I've been looking around and want to upgrade so I have made a tenative post on Ebay trying to sell the old ones. No cracks, punctures, uneven wear or anything and look as good as brand new (probably 7mm) as the car has only done 4k miles and I'm always good on tyres. I put em on with a starting bid of £160, collection only.

I've done a bit of research and if I can sell the old ones at a decent price I want to upgrade to Michelin e.PRIMACY (205/55 R19 97V) XL S2 ACO. Its between these and the Primacy 5 but I think the former eges it as specifically developed for PHEV's.

I have Rxmotion U11. (205/55R19) Not original fitment obviously and they came with the car.
Never heard of them before and a quick google says they are a bit of a budget brand. They're OK, little tyre noise and seem good in the dry. They can get a bit scrabbly in the wet when pulling away quickly. I think there are better tyres out there. But they're not bad enough to swap for premium tyres.

I've never heard of them before. Just checked them out. The reviews seem very much in agreement, poor in many respects but the longevity seems amazing. People reporting over 5mm at over 20k miles and saying they'll probably lasy 60k miles. I didn't think that was even possible.
