Sounds like the m.o.p. volunteered (as hopefully most people would). Many more people might have been put in harms way if the suspected gunman had escaped - so the officer made the right call.easytiger123 said:

The reward is that you did something to help and they got the bad guy because of it.As this is PH, has anyone suggested that if plod spent more time on the streets pounding the beat rather that chasing hurty words online they might've been fit enough to catch the perp on foot?
