E60/61 M5 Front Brake Caliper - Needed!

Hi All,
In a slight Pickle with BMW seemingly no longer having or stocking front Brake calipers for the E60 M5 Touring.
Annoyingly my front left is sticking and preventing it from an MOT pass understandably. (only just shown up having been at the dealership for 2 weeks!)
I am desperately trying to get hold of one tomorrow so that BMW can fit it, happy to travel a little if needed (Greater London / Essex). Problem being that it is going to France on Thursday morning so desperate to get it fitted tomorrow. AutoDoc have an option but are being coy on delivery details.
BMW Warranty are being useless as well.
Any help appreciated.
