Staysure & Rock (insurefor) Insurance Group

Just for future information.
I've been an insurefor / rock insurance customer for a number of years. (annual europe only insurance for a couple)
Last week I renewed but the website couldn't send me the insurance certificate.
Calling them was just a waste of time so I cancelled and create a new policy with staysure.
The medical questionaire looked identical so I just did some background checking.
Rock was sold to Staysure in 2025.
Just now waiting for my refund from rock.

They were bought in 2021 and supposedly continue to function as a stand alone entity but their website isn’t clear on it and I suspect they don’t now sell much if at all to the public as a broker.
