CX GTI Turbo to South of France, again ..

Been a fair while since I’ve visited here. The CX has been a little under used while other life stuff happened………
Anyhoo, there’s the chance to sling my Look bike in the back and drive to the South of France to stay with friends, ride, and repatriate wine. 4ish years ago, someone on here recommended a fantastic hotel, probably 2/3rds of the way there but I cannot for the life of me remember/find details…..
It was on a cliffface at the rear. And had a cobbled front courtyard. Any ideas?
