I was having a conversation at CREAM, where I mentioned I was the second owner of my 96 car and received a "suprised " response.

Who's got the oldest one owner Cerb out there ?

There is one listed on The Cerbera Register (member TCR 0255) which he has had from new in 1997.

My first cerb was a N reg, aparently cerb no4. I bought it from a dealer, last year, who bought it from the factory when N.S took over.
It said, on the log book, no previous owners, current owner TVR Engineering, untill I got it.
2 months later some pratt drove into it, but thats another story.

In 20 years time, you will be forever kicking yourself about the idiot who drove into it (Sounds like you do already). That may well have been the earliest surviving model and as with most classics they attract a premium and more interest.

I am definately kicking myself (i'd rather be kicking him) it happend jan 3rd this year and the case is still going on, looks like i'll be going to court.

The car has been rebuilt and is on the road. The car was used by TVR as a development model, it has a RR engine possibly a 4.7, with modified suspension, tuscan brakes, retrimed with a late spec interior and light weight panels fitted. Gutted don't come close.

The engine number is number 96 so quite an early car.
