Hope you’re all having a great Friday.

I have never managed to get all of mine together in one place; there’s always one away for work or in storage.

So I asked AI to do it for me. Here is what it came up with:

Let’s see your toys!

For anyone that is even more of a Luddite than me with these things I used Google Gemini: https://gemini.google.com/app?is_sa=1&is_sa=1&...

I’m sure there are other ways of doing it too.

Loving the idea OP, do we have to keep it sensible,
Or can we ask AI to go a bit tonto?

I did all my cars over history and whilst some are perfect, there are some fabulous inaccuracies here. My favourite has to be the Saab 9-5, that has morphed into a Volvo.

Here's the list of cars I gave it and the output:

1995 Rover 214 SEi 5 door in metallic green (turned into a Honda)
1998 Saab 9-5 2.3 SE 4 door in metallic blue (turned into a Volvo S80)
2000 Renault Megane Coupe 2 door in metallic green (correct)
1999 Ford Cougar 3 door in metallic silver (correct)
2004 Chrysler Crossfire Roadster 2 door in metallic blue (no idea what happened to this)
2005 Jaguar X Type Sport Estate 5 door in metallic silver (turned into a Mondeo - think it's trolling me here)
2009 Fiat Panda 100HP 5 door in solid red (wrong generation)
2010 Jaguar XK Convertible in metallic silver (fairly close)
2014 Suzuki Swift Sport 5 door in metallic blue ((correct)
2019 Mazda MX5 30th Anniversary Roadster 2 door in solid orange (correct)
2019 SEAT Leon Estate 5 door in metallic red (corect)
2024 Ford Mustang Convertible 2 door in metallic yellow (wrong generation)

Pretty close but not quite there in the details. I have a text prompt to Gemini.

I couldn't get it to fit my entire fleet of daily drivers into the image, but it is a sample.

What I can remember of my sales rep dad's car history - should be a white Vauxhall Cavalier instead of a 2nd Sierra but otherwise a great likeness, especially the Triumphs - just as I remembered them.
Corrected....(+ a Montego estate that I forgot about)

Descriptions are chat GPT’s own…. A bit PBCD for my liking but it did make me laugh so I’ve left them in…. smile

This is such a brilliant idea. I have asked copilot to have a go and it.....

Maybe the challenge should be to figure what on earth these are meant to be!

Well, that's the first time I've used AI. I'll try again in another ten years. That's supposed to be Enzo Ferrari and Lewis Hamilton.
