More Outliers

Following my Automotive Outliers thread, which grew more legs than I anticipated, here's another:

Whilst we all know it's the wrong name on a car the manufacturer didn't need to make, the electric Ford Capri has it's model name on the front as well as the back.



Now, things like the Triumph Stag and the original Ford Mustang have grille badges representing the model rather than the make, but what other cars have the model name on the front?

Land Rover have done it quite a bit over the years with the 90/110/Defender.

I liked when BMW had the model and engine badge on the grill, then you could easily spot the six cylinder cars which were the ones to have.

It seems as if only the later cars had to make do without the front-end nameplate.

Actually, the most iconic....

Some years of Honda Integra had Integra embossed into the front bumper. Locations varied - some versions had it between the Honda badge and the left headlight, some down on the front as shown here:

A slightly different approach to this question, when I had a Mk1 Ford Puma I don't think that had a model badge front or back. Got a feeling there was one on the B pillar? That's gotta be fairly rare?

On a slightly different theme (yet similar) my Grandad had a 1987 Toyota Camry which didn't actually have the Toyota badge anywhere on it - it just had "Toyota" script on the grille and boot lid, and "Camry" on the steering wheel.
