Online pharmacies and chubby pills...

Are there any recommendations for online pharmacies (or, indeed, which ones to run from)? Being a rather rotund gentleman who needs some help (and detests needles), the introduction of a fat-buster in the shape of a pill seems a no brainer. I managed to lose c.2 stone (in about 18 months) but have now seriously stalled.
I'm obviously (?) not talking about my mate's, mum's next-door neighbour's sister type of stuff - if I'm going to be chucking chemicals into my body I really want to make sure it's the genuine article - and that I'm not having my pants pulled down!
