Ordered a complete service kit for my 21 plate Pug Expert a few weeks ago from Opie oils. I struggled to find the correct oil. Hence using Opie. Gave the whole box pretty much unchecked to my mechanic earlier in the week. He found they'd only provided 2L of gearbox oil, not 3 as ordered. Phoned Opie, "No problem sir, I'll ship the other litre direct to your mechanic." My mechanic said that 2L is nearly enough but needs 0.1 L extra. (2.1L capacity) As for the engine, Opie and everyone else's web site says 5+1L of oil. My mechanic finished today and said the capacity is actually a hair over 6L. Went somewhere else to buy some, they wanted £23 for 1L and £88 for 5L, so got in, and phoned Opie profuse apologies, "I've just checked, the DW10 engine is 7.1L from dry, 6L from wet BUT the filter is an extra 0.5L. I'll get the website changed and send you 2L" I offered to pay but it was "no, we're wrong we want you to be happy."
So fantastic service, "I would highly recommend them and their price for the correct Stellantis oil is good as well.

PS My Mechanic said despite the full service history the pollen filter was filthy, never changed were the polite words! A complete PITA to change and he showed me his arm, It looked like he'd done 3 rounds with Tony the Tiger! That's why they'd never changed it in 113,000 miles.
