Spider, carbon seats and manual shift is such a great combo. I've had mine for ten years now and still love the engine character, sound, and playfulness of it. I never thought it needed a louder exhaust so maybe see if he still has the original one, but that should not be a show-stopper. Look more at when/if the clutch was changed as they are an expensive item, and brakes, balljoints, carbon filter. These are reliable cars but still end up costing when needed and you might not want a number of those all on the near-term. But otherwise, looks great and it's a surprisingly rare interior spec given I'd call it the best!
Good luck with it.

In that case it’s this one…. Err the yellow thing on the ground and not me in the yellow thing above it!! Previously owned by a friend of mine who brought it along to a meet I organised for mates at the local airfield a few years ago. He was a fussy bugger and has had quite a lot of cars, all well chosen and well looked after. Traffic Police advanced driving instructor so it went quickly but safely.
Being honest, I never thought the 360/430 shape suited the yellow so well although I think the later mid engined cars do. Does stand out from the crowd tho.
